Position Summary
We are currently seeking a
Proposal Coordinator
to support the development, submission, and completion of proposals under the direction of the Proposals Manager. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys working within established processes, keeping projects organized, and producing polished, detail-oriented work. This is a regular, full-time position based in our San Diego (Mission Valley) office.

Responsibilities – What You’ll Accomplish Support and coordinate
the proposal process by organizing schedules, tracking deadlines, and maintaining materials under the guidance of the Proposals Manager. Assist with preparing, formatting, and assembling proposals
to meet RFP requirements and company standards. Track proposal requirements
and ensure all components are complete and submitted on time. Compile and organize content, graphics, and support materials
from internal teams. Support client interview preparation
through coordination and formatting of presentation materials. Follow established processes
and contribute to maintaining organized systems and materials. Other duties as assigned . Experience and Qualifications for Success Two to five years of experience in a professional office or administrative environment, preferably in proposals. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with RFPs, RFQs, or compliance-based documents. Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Pro. High attention to detail and ability problem-solve and adapt. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with consistency and accuracy. Reliable, responsive to direction, and open to feedback. Collaborative, professional, and team-oriented with a positive attitude. Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Journalism, English, or a related field. Experience supporting proposals in environmental consulting, AEC, or other professional services setting. Experience with QorusDocs or similar proposal automation tools.
