Job Description
The Epic Clarity Report Writer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing enterprise-level reporting solutions using Epic Cogito and Clarity to support clinical, operational, and population health initiatives. This role works closely with clinical leaders, population health teams, and analytics partners to translate data needs into accurate, actionable reports and dashboards.

Skills and Requirements
Must be Cogito Certified
Extensive SQL Code and Report Writing Experience
Epic Healthy Planet or Ambulatory Certification preferred
Experience working with Population Health Data
Experience with analytical tools, visualization tools, scripting tools, and processes
