ABOUT THE ROLE Our client is seeking an experienced Epic Healthy Planet Report Writer (Level 3) with strong Cogito expertise to support value-based care initiatives and quality reporting efforts. In this fully remote role, you will play a key part in building and optimizing reporting solutions that drive actionable insights across population health programs. You will work closely with clinical, operational, and IT teams in a fast-paced, agile environment where speed, adaptability, and strong collaboration are critical to success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Epic reporting and analytics, particularly with Cogito, and a background in value-based care and quality metric reporting. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the optimization of Healthy Planet and reporting workflows, with equipment provided and standard onboarding. Occasional after-hours work may be required based on project needs. WHAT YOU'LL DO Develop and maintain reports within Epic, primarily using Cogito Support value-based care initiatives through quality metric reporting (e.g., HEDIS, STAR) Build and manage SSIS packages and integrate data for Tableau reporting Participate in daily operations, including attending team and project meetings, managing and resolving incident tickets, and supporting ongoing and new project initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders Contribute to optimization efforts within Healthy Planet and reporting workflows Adapt quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and strong communication skills Ensure responsiveness and engagement as a valued team member Occasionally work after hours as needed based on project requirements WHAT YOU BRING 5+ years of experience in Epic reporting and analytics Strong hands-on expertise with Epic Healthy Planet and Cogito (primary focus) Proficiency in SSIS package development and Tableau reporting Experience supporting value-based care and quality reporting (e.g., HEDIS, STAR) Epic certifications (multiple preferred; the more the better) Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments Excellent communication and collaboration skills Experience with additional Epic modules such as Ambulatory and Clinical Documentation (ClinDoc) preferred Background in highly agile healthcare environments Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and responsiveness Prior full-time (FTE) experience with demonstrated career stability preferred Personality and cultural fit—engagement, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset are highly valued WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU Fully remote work with standard business hours Equipment provided Standard onboarding (approximately 2 days) Opportunity to work in a fast-paced, agile, and collaborative healthcare environment Be part of a team that values engagement, responsiveness, and professional growth Competitive compensation Medasource is an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of actual or perceived race, color, creed, religion, national origin, ancestry, citizenship status, age, sex or gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, lactation and related medical conditions), gender identity or gender expression, sexual orientation, marital status, military service and veteran status, physical or mental disability, protected medical condition as defined by applicable state or local law, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws and ordinances. #J-18808-Ljbffr
