ABOUT THE ROLE Our client is seeking an experienced Epic Healthy Planet Report Writer (Level 3) with strong Cogito expertise to support value-based care initiatives and quality reporting efforts. In this fully remote role, you will play a key part in building and optimizing reporting solutions that drive actionable insights across population health programs. You will work closely with clinical, operational, and IT teams in a fast-paced, agile environment where speed, adaptability, and strong collaboration are critical to success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Epic reporting and analytics, particularly with Cogito, and a background in value-based care and quality metric reporting. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the optimization of Healthy Planet and reporting workflows, with equipment provided and standard onboarding. Occasional after-hours work may be required based on project needs.
