Role: Epic Healthy Planet Analyst
Duration: 10 months
Location: Remote
The Healthy Planet Analyst supports the design, build, and optimization of Epic’s population health and value-based care solutions. This role partners with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to configure workflows that support care coordination, risk stratification, quality initiatives, and reporting for population health programs.
Key Responsibilities
Configure and optimize Epic Healthy Planet tools (registries, care plans, reporting, metrics)
Support value-based care, quality reporting, and population health initiatives
Gather requirements, translate business needs into system build, and support testing
Analyze data to improve outcomes, care gaps, and operational performance
Provide end-user support, training, and ongoing optimization
Qualifications
Epic Healthy Planet certification or hands-on build experience preferred
Healthcare IT or clinical systems analysis background
Strong understanding of population health, quality measures, and care management workflows
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
