Building Maintenance (2nd shift)

We are seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to support Epic’s campus in Madison, WI. The role involves performing inspections, preparing rooms, and leading independent projects such as flooring repair, carpentry, upholstery, and woodworking, while providing support to other departments including Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Horticulture, and Culinary.
Responsibilities
Conduct inspections of campus facilities.
Prepare rooms for use.
Lead independent maintenance projects (flooring repair, carpentry, upholstery, and woodworking).
Assist other teams such as Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Horticulture, and Culinary as needed.
Qualifications
Must live within 45 minutes of Epic’s campus in Verona, WI, or be willing to relocate.
Availability to work second‑shift hours or one weekend day per week.
Ability to work in the United States without sponsorship.
COVID‑19 vaccination.
