Concrete Sales Representative Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Concrete Sales Representative to join our team. the ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with contractors, builders, and developers, and promoting our concrete products and services. this role requires strong communication skills, construction industry knowledge, and the ability to meet sales targets. key responsibilities: identify and pursue new sale opportunities within the construction industry build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, developers and project managers promote and sell ready-mix concrete and related products and services prepare and deliver sales presentations and products information to clients provide project estimates, pricing, and quotations coordinate with dispatch, operations, and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs track sales activities and maintain accurate records in CRM systems meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets attend construction site visits and industry networking events when needed preferred qualifications high school diploma bachelor’s degree in business, construction, management, or related field (preferred) 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in construction materials, concrete, or building supplies strong knowledge of the construction industry and job site operations excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills ability to read construction plan and specifications valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and job site visits skills and competencies sales and negotiation skills customer relationship management problem solving and time management knowledge of concrete products and construction processes ability to work independently and as part of a team compensation and benefits competitive base salary plus commission company vehicle or vehicle allowance health, dental, and vision insurance paid time off and holiday pay Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $70,000 - $130,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
