About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Vice President, Growth to play a pivotal role in the organization's evolution. The successful candidate will be the senior leader responsible for all revenue generation and strategy, providing executive oversight of fundraising, partnership, and revenue-producing activities. This role demands a strategic operator and growth architect who can bring structure and cohesion to a complex growth agenda, aligning multiple revenue streams and teams into a unified, high-performing engine. The EVP will work closely with the CEO, leading the development and execution of an integrated growth strategy, and ensuring that all initiatives are strategically aligned and executed effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and integrating various revenue models, from traditional to emerging, and will be adept at building and leading high-performing teams. Key responsibilities include strengthening pipeline development, forecasting, and long-term revenue planning, as well as fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and adaptability. The EVP will also be instrumental in external engagement, representing the organization with key stakeholders, and elevating its visibility as a leader in community-driven impact. A mission-driven, adaptable leader with strong financial acumen, and experience in closely partnering with CEOs and boards, is essential for this role.
