Location: Bakersfield, CA (Onsite)
Salary: $35,360 – $43,000 DOE

The Opportunity

As a Housing Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations at a housing site while supporting residents through the application and qualification process. This role offers a mix of administrative responsibility, tenant interaction, and community impact.

What You’ll Do

• Process and requalify housing applications, including government-assisted programs

• Collect and post rent payments while maintaining accurate records

• Manage tenant files and update data within property management systems

• Issue notices and coordinate maintenance requests and work orders

• Support residents by connecting them with resources and services as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in property management, housing, or administrative roles

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work with diverse populations in a professional and compassionate manner

• Experience with Yardi or similar systems is a plus
