This role involves inspecting sites, calculating materials needed, consulting with clients, and preparing competitive bids to ensure project profitability and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
* Perform detailed cost estimation for roofing projects * Calculate required materials and quantities accurately * Consult with clients to understand project goals and requirements * Conduct site inspections to assess conditions and identify challenges * Prepare and submit competitive and clear bid proposals * Develop and manage project budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness * Review contracts to confirm scope and terms align with estimates * Coordinate with suppliers to obtain materials and pricing * Develop comprehensive proposals that reflect project scope and costs
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in roofing estimation
