By uniting people of passion who believe they can make a difference, we are confident that we can achieve this goal.## **Job Description**The Sales Governance Business Partner acts as a strategic enabler for the B2B Sales organization, ensuring governance excellence, operational discipline, and cross-functional alignment to drive revenue growth, mitigate risks, and enable sustained performance. This role partners closely with Sales leadership to translate strategic objectives into executable plans, reinforce accountability, and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**Strategic Alignment & Execution* Partner with B2B Sales leaders to cascade strategic objectives into measurable action plans.* Monitor execution progress, identify roadblocks, recommend course corrections, and redesign process flows.* Manage and govern revenue flow-through activities of external sales coordinators.Governance Framework & Compliance* Lead governance forums and cadences, business reviews, and operational checkpoints.* Ensure compliance with governance standards, sales policies, and risk management requirementsPerformance Analytics & Insights* Track, analyze, and interpret sales performance data.* Provide actionable insights to improve productivity, pipeline health, and revenue outcomes.Cross-Functional Collaboration* Work closely with Finance, Marketing, Product, BSC, and Operations (L2A) to streamline workflows and enable faster decision-making.* Support strategic initiatives that cut across business units.Executive Reporting & Advisory* Prepare business cases, executive / board-level presentations, and leadership updates.* Serve as a trusted advisor to sales management, driving operational efficiency and strategic focus.**REQUIREMENTS:*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accountancy, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or any related field. Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.* 5-8 years in Sales Strategy, Governance, Product Management, or Operations for B2B organizations* Proven expertise in analytics, governance, and stakeholder influence.* Advanced Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM system skills (Salesforce experience preferred).* Brings analytical precision, cross-functional influence, and a strong sense of governance to enable better sales decisions and sustainable performance.* Soft Skills:
