In this role you will be a HR Director for a client in the manufacturing/distribution industry. This role is responsible for providing leadership and strategic direction for all HR functions across the organization.

This is a direct hire role that must be performed on‑site.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in HR or Business a requirement

7+ years of experience as a HR Director

Must have a background in strategic leadership

Must have a background in Manufacturing or Distribution

Strong background in compensation design, performance management, compliance, and change management

HR certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)

Must have a background with HRIS platforms and data‑driven reporting

Background in Change Management and Corporate Communications

Payroll, Benefits, Systems & Administration background

Compliance, Risk and Reporting background- must be able to do compliance reporting including: EEO‑1, CA Pay Data, wage reporting, 401K audit support, OSHA, DOL, and EEOC requirements

Talent, Performance, and Development experience

Compensation, incentives and workforce planning experience

Background with Strategic Leadership and Governance

Limited travel but about 20-25% a year
