A large, well‑established financial organization is seeking Document Management Specialists to join its Enterprise Document Management team. The Document Management Specialist supports back‑office operations by ensuring loan and customer documentation is processed accurately and efficiently using an internal Electronic Document Management System. This role focuses on document handling, data accuracy, scanning, and administrative support in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy structured work, data entry, and administrative tasks and who are interested in long‑term growth within financial operations. Key Responsibilities
Sort and open incoming mail Review documents for accuracy and completeness Scan and image documents into internal systems Process documents for automated indexing Prepare and sort documents for outbound shipping Create, update, and maintain reports File and organize stored documentation Assist with special projects as needed Maintain consistent and punctual attendance Required Qualifications
Previous office, administrative, or mailroom experience Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail Comfort using computers and Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to stay organized while handling repetitive tasks Dependable, punctual, and detail‑oriented Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Customer service experience Exposure to mortgage or loan documentation Financial services experience (preferred, not required) Work Environment & Schedule

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
