Banquet & Event Kitchen Specialist

Prepares food for banquets and special events. Follows recipes and ensures that all food is prepared to the correct temperature, consistency, and presentation. Coordinates with the banquet manager and team to ensure that all events are executed seamlessly. Estimates food quantities and orders supplies as necessary. Maintains cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment. Keeps track of inventory and ensures that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored. Adheres to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Works quickly and efficiently in a high-pressure environment. Communicates effectively with other members of the kitchen staff to ensure that all tasks are completed on time. Has a passion for cooking and is committed to continuously learning and improving.
