Job Overview
The Merchandiser provides high‑quality merchandising support for Keurig Dr Pepper brands such as 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and other fan favorites to retail stores within an assigned territory.
About The Role
Stock and display products on shelves/coolers at large accounts within the set territory.
Report directly to assigned stores for scheduled shifts and may cover routes as assigned.
Use personal vehicle to travel among stores in the territory; products are delivered in advance—no transport responsibility.
Use a company‑issued phone with a programmed app to clock in/out and track mileage for reimbursement.
Shift and Schedule
Part‑time (28 hours a week)
Starting at 6:00 am; work continues until finished.
3–4 scheduled shifts per week.
Weekends required; days off fall during weekdays.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
About You We are seeking a self‑motivated, customer‑service‑oriented individual who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and is comfortable working independently yet enjoys interacting with people at work. You stay active, lift, push, and pull cases of products daily, take pride in your work, and have strong attention to detail.
Total Rewards
Pay starting at $18.58 per hour; increases to $19.58 per hour in the quarter after the 6‑month anniversary.
