Marketing Intern

As a Marketing Intern, you will support the Marketing team in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives. This role provides hands‑on experience across multiple areas of marketing, including campaigns, content creation, digital marketing, event coordination, and asset management. You will work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and gain exposure to both strategic and day‑to‑day marketing operations.

Marketing Campaign Support

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns by coordinating with internal teams, external vendors, and partners. Help ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and campaign milestones.

Market Research

Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to support marketing strategies. Analyze data, compile insights, and present findings to the team.

Content Creation

Support the creation and proofreading of marketing materials, including social media posts, presentations, datasheets, and website content.

Event Coordination

Support the planning and execution of events such as trade shows, office events, and product launches. Help with logistics, coordination, and execution.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Collect and analyze marketing data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and customer behavior. Assist in preparing reports and presentations with actionable insights.

Asset & Marketing Inventory Management

Assist in organizing and maintaining both digital assets and physical marketing materials. Manage the company’s library of photos, videos, and files by ensuring proper labeling, organization, and accessibility. Support the upkeep of marketing storage areas and closets, keeping inventory organized, stocked, and ready for events, shipments, and team use.

Administrative Support

Provide general support to the marketing team, including scheduling, organizing files, maintaining databases, and assisting with internal coordination.

Work closely with teams across product management to support marketing initiatives and messaging.

Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Organized with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Basic understanding of marketing principles and digital platforms

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds in support of event setup and inventory management activities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with marketing tools is a plus

Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and contribute in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

Experience with video editing and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.)

Experience capturing high-quality photos and videos

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk working on computers.

Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity.

Must be able to lift up to at least 25 pounds at times.

Ability to traverse to multiple locations.
