Therma-Stor is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing Intern to support our marketing team across research, campaign execution, content creation, and event support. This role offers hands‑on experience in both strategic and creative marketing initiatives, making it ideal for students or recent graduates interested in manufacturing, B2B, and technology-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Analytics
Conduct market and competitive research to evaluate industry trends and competitor strategies
Collect, organize, and analyze data to measure marketing campaign performance
Assist with reporting insights and recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness
Marketing Campaigns
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns
Assist in developing promotional materials for digital and print use
Help ensure campaign assets align with brand guidelines and messaging
Content Creation & Social Media
Draft, edit, or review content for newsletters, blogs, websites, and social media platforms
Assist in organizing and scheduling social media campaigns
Support overall content planning and campaign coordination
Administrative & Marketing Support
Perform clerical and organizational tasks such as maintaining databases and asset libraries
Update tradeshow profiles, promotional item inventories, and internal marketing documentation
Support day-to-day marketing operations as needed
Tradeshow & Event Support
Assist in preparing materials and logistics for tradeshows and promotional events
Help manage event timelines, assets, and post‑event follow‑up
Video & Graphic Design
Edit video content for promotional and educational use
Design basic marketing assets such as graphics, digital ads, and presentation materials
Support visual storytelling efforts across campaigns and platforms
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a collaborative environment
Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems
Basic experience with graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro, or similar)
Interest in analytics, marketing performance tracking, or digital marketing tools
Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas
