full-time Customer Service Representative
to process customer orders, address and resolve customer inquiries and problems, and resolve shipping discrepancies. We offer our Customer Service Representative a

We manufacture specialty paints and coatings for a variety of OEM and contractor markets across our three nationwide locations. A Day in the Life of the Customer Service Representative
You will spend your day processing customer orders; verifying availability and pricing of products via phone and email; obtaining credit card information from customers to process payments; handling various customer inquiries such as pricing, freight cost, shipping information, and inventory; providing customers with order and delivery updates; facilitating customer complaints, including arranging product returns and issuing credits; providing support to our field sales representatives; & answering incoming calls to the main corporate number. What You’ll Need to be Successful at Fenix Group SPC
At a minimum, you'll need:
A High School Diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of related experience A passionate and positive “can do” attitude, willingness to learn, to teach, and to be a change agent within the company. An ability to work within a team environment and help the team become better Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Effective communication skills What also catches our attention:
Experience working with Microsoft Excel Experience working with an ERP system
