Customer Service Representative I
Location: Plant City, FL 33566
Duration: 4+ months
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM (1 hour lunch) – No OT
Job Summary This position supports the Market Manager and helps manage all aspects of exporting Clients products from the US to over 80 countries. This is a sales support position responsible for providing direct support to all assigned Marketing Managers.
Responsibilities
Answer all incoming concerns/needs from all customers.
Handle key pick‑up requests, transportation/routing and delivery questions.
Provide customers with invoice copies and monitor orders before cut‑off.
Communicate regularly with the AE and customers.
Enter and manage export orders using the AS400 System (training will be provided).
Verify product allocations and coordinate shipments with internal departments.
Respond to emails and coordinate with customers, Market Managers, and internal teams (logistics, merchandising, etc).
Ensure clear communication on order status, documentation and shipment details.
Prepare and request necessary export certifications.
Ensure compliance with country‑specific export requirements and government regulations.
Work closely with the logistics team to book shipments, track processes, and ensure accurate invoicing.
Support all internal processes from order creation through to shipment and invoicing.

0‑3 years of experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong telephone communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to sit and work at a PC for extended periods and must be proficient in MS Office.
