Join us and become part of our dedicated team today.## Qualifications**Responsibilities*** Assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations* Preparing food including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks* Plating prepared foods based on senior chef’s guidance* Working with servers to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time* Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts* Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations**Requirements*** High school diploma/GED required* 2+ years' experience as a Cook in the restaurant industry* Able to read and follow standardized recipes* Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures* Able to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen atmosphere* ServeSafe Certification preferred**Skills*** Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items* Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Cooks to prepare meals during our dining hours* Maintain accurate food inventories* Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures* Rotate stock items as per established procedures* Restock kitchen for subsequent shifts* Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift**Benefits for full-time Associates*** Health /dental /vision /life* 401k plan with 3% match after 1 year of employment* Company-wide discounts on hotel rooms and restaurants We offer daily pay to all Associates through ZayZoon!!!
