And because our shops are always buzzing, your craft will keep evolving faster than a social media trend. We love a go-getter who's open to flexible hours, including nights and weekends, because good hair days don't always happen 9 to 5.
WHAT IT TAKES TO JOIN OUR TEAM: Active Colorado barber or cosmetology license Passion for customer service and bringing joy to others Strong work ethic and a motivation to do an excellent job Reliability, punctuality, and an entrepreneurial mindset Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, push, and pull 25 lbs. Ability to work weekends and nights to meet client availability
