We are a florist and event design company dedicated to helping our clients with all moments of their lives. We have a brick and mortar location in downtown Frankfort, and looking for creative & enthusiastic individuals to join our team!
This is a part-time role as a Floral Designer & Sales Associate located in Downtown Frankfort, IL. The Floral Designer will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as creating flower arrangements, curating recipes, and helping with delivery workflow. The Floral Designer will be working in the retail store, so customer service is #1 priority. You'll be responsible for creating a welcoming (and fun!) environment for clients and walk in customers. In addition, you'll be part of the team and contribute to marketing efforts and general store management.
Floral Design Experience Required!
You must be able to work some weekends Qualifications
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting the overall success of Moment in Time Floral experience and/or creative or design experience preferred Knowledge of flowers and plants, and passion for events and celebrations Strong attention to detail & maintain standards without active direction Able to work efficiently & adapt to peaks in demand and production Background in horticulture or retail a plus!
