Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our campus dining team. This role works at the dining/retail office, overseeing daily front counter operations and providing exceptional support to students, faculty, and staff. The position is Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week, typically 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Process account requests, photo submissions, meal plan changes, and balance daily transactions.

Provide outstanding customer service to all students, staff, and visitors.

Sell plans and accounts, actively participating in marketing and promotional efforts.

Service plan participants, reconcile all transactions, and enforce policies and procedures.

Manage inventory and supply levels, oversee paperwork scanning, and coordinate card mailings.

Liaise with departments for card production, billing, and access requests.

Oversee front counter operations in the absence of the Manager, including during after-hours as needed.

Requirements & Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service, office administration, or front desk operations.

Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Ability to supervise and train staff, ensuring compliance with established procedures.

Availability to work some overtime as needed during peak periods.

Preferred Background & Skills

Experience working in a university or higher education setting.

Familiarity with ID card management systems or campus access procedures.

Proficiency with record‑keeping and administrative software.

$34,000 - $39,500
