Job Description We are seeking a Customer Account Representative to serve as a key point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will manage customer relationships, ensure satisfaction, and support account operations with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities

Maintain and manage client accounts, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date

Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional support

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Resolve client concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

Monitor account activity and provide updates or reports when needed

Assist in onboarding new clients and guiding them through processes
