We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Appointment Setter and Sales Business Representative to support the growth of NSOL AI Automation services. This role is centered on actively engaging with local businesses, identifying decision-makers, and introducing tailored solutions designed to optimize and streamline inbound call handling through automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying high‑quality opportunities, effectively communicating the value of AI‑driven solutions, and contributing directly to revenue growth. This position requires a proactive, results‑oriented approach, with a strong focus on building relationships, understanding client needs, and positioning our services as a strategic advantage for operational efficiency and scalability. Key Responsibilities

Conduct door‑to‑door prospecting to promote company services Engage with business owners and key decision‑makers Deliver clear and persuasive sales pitches tailored to client needs Generate and qualify leads through field activity and networking Manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing Build and maintain long‑term client relationships Track daily activity and pipeline using CRM tools Meet or exceed assigned sales targets Provide market feedback to improve sales strategies Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, door‑to‑door sales, or B2B sales Demonstrated ability to prospect, present, and close deals independently Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Comfortable with cold outreach and face‑to‑face client interactions Highly self‑motivated, disciplined, and target‑driven Ability to work independently in a field‑based environment while maintaining structured reporting Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation (preferred) Preferred Experience

Experience selling B2B services, including marketing, technology, or business solutions Background in territory sales, account management, or business development Familiarity with CRM platforms and structured sales pipelines Compensation & Benefits
