motivated Entry‑Level Event Assistant

Key Responsibilities
Assist with
planning, setup, and execution
of events, promotions, and community outreach initiatives
Support
event logistics , including materials, signage, registration, and on‑site coordination
Greet, engage, and assist attendees in a
friendly and professional manner
Help with
event breakdown, cleanup, and post‑event wrap‑up
Collaborate closely with team members to ensure
smooth event operations
Collect and report
attendance data, engagement metrics, and participant feedback
to improve future events
Qualifications
Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, punctual, and able to
multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Comfortable interacting with the public and representing the
brand professionally
Team‑oriented, proactive, and positive attitude
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bonus: Experience in
events, customer service, hospitality, retail, or volunteer work
