We're seeking a passionate, outgoing individual to join our team as an Entry Level Event Management Trainee supporting charitable events and community initiatives. No prior experience is needed—we provide
paid training, mentorship, and hands-on experience
from day one, helping you build skills while making a real difference.
What You'll Do:
Assist in planning and executing
fundraising events, community programs, and awareness campaigns .
Support all aspects of
event setup, logistics, and breakdown .
Engage with attendees to
spread the organization's mission and increase community involvement .
Gather feedback to
improve future events and outreach efforts .
Collaborate with marketing and event teams to
achieve campaign and fundraising goals .
Represent the organization with
enthusiasm, professionalism, and approachability .

Strong
communication and teamwork skills .
