In this role, the Business Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business needs and collaborating with various teams to ensure the successful delivery of new system capabilities.

Understanding current processes and capturing requirements for new systems Collaborating with vendor partners and internal teams Advising on best practices Documenting functional requirements and user stories Facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Performing other duties, as needed Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis & Design Bachelor's Degree in a related field Experience with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodology Experience in Jira Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud Strong communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Ability to influence cross-functional decisions Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and/or Information Systems or related field Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) Experience in the Manufacturing Industry Experience documenting requirements for System Integrations
