Overview The Athletics Department at St. Catherine University invites applications for a full-time Head Lacrosse Coach position. This role oversees all aspects of operating a successful NCAA Division III program within a competitive conference structure. Ensure compliance (and reporting of violations) with NCAA Division III and MIAC rules. Meeting recruiting goals as established by the athletic department is a vital part of this position. Other areas of focus are competitive results, alumnae relations, and student-athlete experience. The Head Coach must organize an assistant coaching structure that supports department and team goals.
Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Lacrosse coaching experience at the NCAA or high school level.
Preferred Qualifications Master's degree. NCAA Division III coaching and recruiting experience.

Compensation Annual market wage is $51,438 - $72,034 for this role and the department anticipates a target range of $51,438 to $60,000 depending on qualifications and experience.

Actual compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
