part-time
Porter in Baltimore, Maryland for The Terrace at Park Heights Senior Apartments. This fast‑growing, property‑management company is largely based in the Mid‑Atlantic region. The role is Monday‑Friday 8am‑12pm. Occasional weekend hours or additional weekday hours may be required.
Applicants qualified for this position have basic entry‑level maintenance experience. It is imperative that the Porter be able to work independently and also as a member of a team.
This position is responsible for keeping the building and grounds clean and assisting the Maintenance Technicians when needed. In addition to grounds work, the Porter will assist with technical maintenance tickets, unit turnovers and may assist with an on‑call rotation. The Porter directly reports to the Community Manager.

Job Requirements
Energetic, self‑motivated individual who is able to work as a team
Basic maintenance experience is desired but not required; experience painting, drywall, basic electrical & plumbing are a plus
Must have a pleasant and professional demeanor at all times
Must have reliable transportation and have a valid driver's license
Requires extensive mobility and excellent physical condition — able to lift 50 lbs.
Must be able and willing to work weekends and be part of an on‑call rotation as necessary
