Responsibilities
Greet all guests promptly and in a friendly manner
Maintain a commitment to customer service and guest satisfaction
Guarantee the cleanliness and safety of the IRD equipment
Provide general hotel information for guests
Assist with guest dining requests and the delivery of daily resort amenities to guest rooms
Attend to pool-related needs including retrieving fresh towels and relocating chairs or umbrellas
Arrange and clean pool furniture and umbrellas in a neat and visually appealing order, following property procedures throughout all pool areas during each shift
Monitor equipment and facilities and report hazards immediately
Qualifications
Flexibility: This is a demanding business and we look for flexibility with work days and hours; our guests can be early risers or night owls and you must be too
Experience: Previous experience passionately providing service to others and assisting them with cash transactions
People Person: The best part of serving others is creating experiences that go beyond the expected
Great communicator: Ability to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing
Qualified applicant is a people person who is flexible with their schedule, loves to serve others, and can multi-task while ensuring accuracy
