Duties/Responsibilities:

Ensure clean golf carts are readily available for all customers, fully stocked with scorecards, pencils, and sand bottles.

Greet customers with a smile, ask how you can help, and direct them to desired locations.

Assist customers with transferring golf bags onto carts and securing them.

Use the driving range picker to collect golf balls throughout the shift and keep the range stocked for customers.

Maintain cleanliness of the driving range by picking up loose baskets, trash, and removing excess golf balls from the chipping green.

Secure the cart barn and driving range building by locking and securing before leaving at the end of each day.

Operate the cash register following established policies and procedures from the Employee Manual.

Position Summary: The role of the carts/range staff is to keep clean golf carts and sufficient golf balls available to customers, secure the cart barn and driving range building daily, and support cash register operations as needed.

Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification in Position: Previous golf course or comparable experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies: Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions; willingness to perform manual labor for extended periods, including adverse weather conditions.

Physical Demands: Willingness to work in adverse weather conditions.
