Kforce has a client in Orlando, FL that is seeking a Senior Product Owner.Summary:The Technical Product Manager will be responsible for leading project planning, defining product features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes. This role involves gathering and analyzing product requirements, managing the product backlog, and engaging with stakeholders to gather feedback and communicate updates. The Technical Product Manager should possess a strong technical aptitude and analytical skills.
Skills
BA/BS Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Technical undergraduate education with business/product management professional experience will be considered. Preference to MBA and/or equivalent work experience Continuous Learning: Encouraging ongoing education through workshops, courses, and seminars related to product management, technology, and leadership Certified SCRUM Product Owner Certification a plus but not required Certifications: Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Project Management Professional (PMP), or other Marketing certification Solid understanding of product management principles and best practices - familiar in hospitality, eCommerce and/or Information Technology Demonstrated success managing web and mobile projects that require in-depth partnership with IT/technical counterparts and integration with back-end systems/data Strong leadership qualities to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams with the ability to coach and mentor regardless of reporting relationships Strategic mindset to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities Excellent stakeholder management skills to build and maintain relationships Strong analytical skills to interpret data and metrics for informed decision-making Understanding of business dynamics, market trends, and competitive landscape Proficiency in technical concepts relevant to the product domain Project management skills to plan, track, and execute product initiatives Strong understanding of product management principles and best practices, guiding effective product strategy and execution Experience with:
Microsoft Suite Content Management System (CMS) Digital Analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Full Story, Quantum Metrics) Using project management tools (Jira, Basecamp, VersionOne, etc.) Managing and estimating projects
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
