Monday - Friday (40 hours/ week) About the Role:
The Order Fulfillment Specialist oversees the full lifecycle of customer orders - from receipt through shipment - while driving seamless collaboration across the Logistics, Purchasing, and Operations teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities Order Management & Execution
Process incoming customer purchase orders within 4 hours of receipt to support timely fulfillment Enter and manage orders across both customer DSS platforms and internal ERP systems Ensure 99% accuracy across all accounts and order processing activities Perform daily follow-ups on open items to maintain a 100% fill rate
Logistics & Shipment Coordination
Lead weekly container planning for ocean freight shipments Keep the shipment board up to date and confirm containers are pick-ready by required deadlines Coordinate product movement between storage and loading facilities to meet required delivery dates (RDD) Partner with the Logistics team to address transportation needs and resolve shipment issues
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Respond promptly to stakeholder requests, ensuring all commitments and deadlines are honored Leverage Asana to track order progress and streamline internal communication workflows
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
Draw on hands-on experience to resolve issues quickly and proactively recommend process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction
Team Support & Collaboration
Serve as backup support for fellow Account Managers when needed Champion cross-functional collaboration to drive productivity and reflect company values
Compliance & Policy Adherence
Consistently uphold company policies, departmental procedures, and all applicable regulatory requirements
Qualifications: Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
