Home Care Recruiter

Salary: $ 20.00 - $23.00 (Full-Time: 40 Hours)
What You Will Do:
Lead the recruitment process to attract and hire high-quality caregivers (PCAs, HHAs)
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, community outreach, and social media
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring all documentation and background checks are completed
Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, clients, and referral sources
Collaborate with scheduling and operations teams to meet staffing needs and fill shifts promptly
Maintain accurate recruiting and hiring records, reports, and metricsHandle candidate questions and concerns with professionalism and care
Participate in career fairs, community events, and recruitment campaigns
Help shape the agency’s talent strategy as we grow and expand services
What You Will Have:
Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources (healthcare experience a plus)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with candidates and caregivers
Excellent organization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment
Ability to screen, interview, and assess candidates effectively
Comfort using recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and email/phone communication
A passion for helping people find meaningful careers and supporting high-quality home care
Positive attitude, professionalism, and the ability to build relationships with a diverse team
Desire to grow and develop within a fast-growing home care agency
