A Style Consultant is focused on strong operations and providing an incredible guest experience. They help ensure the floor is set with the right products, accurately priced and signed, and available in the right sizes, styles, and colors. This role emphasizes welcoming guests on the sales floor and in the fitting room and maintaining a floor that is ready for self-discovery and quick guest assistance.

Responsibilities
Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests.
Use store tools to understand sales and inventory ownership and to support guest needs.
Sort freight, move merchandise to the salesfloor, and locate items in the backroom based on business needs.
Set visual presentations and provide visual merchandising guidance to support guest experience and sales.
Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority and manual fills and merchandising to capacity.
Maintain backroom organization and support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
Support price change processes with clearance merchandising and signing.
Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms and guest service back to the sales floor.
Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
Work safely; comply with safety policies and training; report hazards and take corrective action where possible.
Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU), and Drive-up (DU) while complying with applicable laws, including adult beverage regulations where relevant.
Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests during daily tasks and assisting with their needs.

Ability to use handheld scanners and operate technology as directed.
Effective communication skills.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Basics
Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
Climb ladders safely; lift merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds with or without assistance.
Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays) with reliable attendance.
Capable of working in varying temperatures and environments (Drive-Up, carryout, etc.).
Ability to remain mobile for the duration of a shift.
