Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000
Position Summary The Assistant Pastor will be responsible for multiple ministry areas, including pastoral care, spiritual formation and community groups. This is a key leadership role that will work directly with the Senior Pastor at a fast growing church plant to develop a culture of discipleship, mission and community care while also providing general pastoral leadership to the congregation and staff.
