Oversee all food and beverage operations, including restaurants, lounges, kitchen, room service, and banquets, to ensure exceptional guest service, employee engagement, and financial performance. Responsible for both short and long-term planning, budget development, marketing strategies, and operational execution. Serves as a member of the hotel executive committee
Responsibilities Lead recruitment, hiring, training development, performance management, and compensation processes.
Address employee relations issues and partner with HR on disciplinary actions or termination recommendations
Cultivate a culture of accountability, service excellence, and team engagement
Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, business plans, and departmental objectives
Monitor labor costs and productivity expenses to maintain profitability.
Implement and ensure compliance with company SOP’s and all safety, sanitation, and regulatory standards
Maintain high levels of quality service, cleanliness, and hospitality across all Food & Beverage Operations.
Collaborate with the Culinary and Food & Beverage leaders to deliver seamless guest experiences for group business, VIP arrivals, and special events.
Partner with Property Maintenance to manage preventative maintenance in all Food & beverage areas.
Work with Sales and Marketing to maximize revenue opportunities
Participate in daily operations meetings to support communication and service consistency.
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Review service scores, online feedback, and internal audits to identify and address improvement areas.
Conduct regular inspections of Food & Beverage outlets.
Qualifications Education/Formal Training Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience 7 -10 years of Food & Beverage leadership experience, including :
Management in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment
Restaurant openings, repositioning, or rebranding
Advanced service training
Proficiency with systems such as Micros cloud, Avendra, Profit Sword or similar P & L systems, Oprea PMS, Open Table, Schedulefly, Microsoft Word, Excel, and HRIS platforms
Preferred experience
Experience with unionized labor
Knowledge/Skills
Advanced understanding of F & B and hospitality operations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong administrative and organizational skills, including budgeting, purchasing, and reporting
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively for guest interaction and administrative tasks.

Requires excellent reading and writing abilities 100% of the workday.
Physical Demands
Ability to assist outlets during peak periods
Frequent standing and walking (80% of workday)
Occasional bending, kneeling, and stair climbing
Exposure to cold environments(e.g., walk-in refrigeration inspections)
Limited exposure to cleaning chemicals
Good driving record.
Primarily an indoor environment with occasional outside exposure due to property layout
