We’re Hiring: Intake Specialist – Nancy’s Homecare (Chicago, IL)
Nancy’s Homecare is currently seeking a professional and experienced Intake Specialist to join our team. This is a full‑time, in‑office position for someone who enjoys building relationships, following up on leads, and helping coordinate services for clients in need of home care.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in the home care or healthcare industry, strong computer skills, and experience entering referrals and managing intake information in a system. Some sales or business development experience is preferred, as this role involves relationship‑building and referral follow‑up.
Position Details
Full‑Time, In‑Office
Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $55,000 per year
Location: Chicago, IL
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with referral sources
Follow up on leads and referral inquiries
Enter referrals and client information into the system
Coordinate intake and communicate with clients, families, and healthcare partners
Maintain organized and accurate intake records
Requirements
Home care industry knowledge required
Intake/referral entry experience required
Strong computer skills required
Professional communication and organizational skills
Sales experience preferred
