Personal Assistant to HNW Principal, Family Office, Boston, MA, Local Remote
A prominent HNW principal and Co=Founder of a P/E firm based overseas is looking for a Personal Assistant to provide seamless personal administrative support for her family office and home in Boston, Beacon Hill area. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience supporting a HNW principal, preferably in the finance, real estate or hospitality space and has a “high touch” service- oriented mentality. This role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities that are essential for ensuring the principal’s life runs as smoothly as possible, while she is overseas as well as physically in Boston. She comes to Boston for a few weeks, usually in May/June and Oct/Nov, This is primarily a local remote role, meeting with the principal as needed when she is in Boston.
About the Job
Support the principal, coordinating her calendar with the Executive Assistant overseas to schedule personal meetings and events in Boston managing her life in a “holistic” manner
Organize and manage personal, domestic/international travel arrangements including detailed itineraries.
Provide a broad range of administrative support for the principal, crafting emails on her behalf as well as other correspondence
Prepare documents, basic reports, presentations and notes from meetings and calls
Acting as a liaison to property manager, household staff, handle some repairs
Run errands, manage bills , gifts, supervision of home deliveries or maintenance visits, medical bills, payroll and other ad hoc personal projects
Plan dinners/events for the home

About You
At least 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant supporting a HNW principal, preferably in the finance, real estate or hospitality space
Bachelor’s Degree
Has a creative mindset to solve problems independently with diplomacy and thoughtful analysis.
High level of integrity and discretion in handling all confidential information; high emotional and intellectual intelligence
Excellent Microsoft Office skills; Tech savvy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A warm engaging personality with a positive “can do” attitude and a “high touch” service mentality.
