Director of NPI Operations Acoustic Filter Technologies

The Director of NPI (New Product Introduction) Operations is a key leadership position responsible for driving operational efficiency and ensuring flawless execution throughout technology and product development projects. This role reports directly to the VP of Acoustic Engineering. The Director oversees cross-functional teams to guarantee a seamless transition from concept to commercialization, aligning engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain efforts to meet project milestones and deliver innovative solutions on time and within budget. Impact: This role is instrumental in setting new benchmarks for performance and efficiency, directly contributing to the organization's mission of advancing technology through inventive engineering and operational excellence. Responsibilities: Develop and implement NPI strategies to optimize processes, reduce cycle times, and control costs. Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure project alignment and timely delivery. Proactively identify and mitigate risks during all phases of product launch. Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and reliability. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to milestones and budgets. Foster collaboration across departments to maintain high standards of performance and operational excellence. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure transparency and alignment. Required Experience and Skills: Proven track record in managing complex technology product introductions in fast-paced environments. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Experience in developing and executing strategies that drive operational efficiency. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $170,100 - $339,500 per year. Starting base pay will depend on relevant experience and skills, training and education, business needs, market demands, the ultimate job duties and requirements, and work location.
