About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its mission of improving the trust and estate profession through ongoing professional development. The successful candidate will be responsible for governance, strategic leadership, and operational and financial management. This includes partnering with the Board of Regents, Executive Committee, and Foundation Board, overseeing internal operations, and ensuring compliance with legal and financial requirements. The Executive Director will also be tasked with staff leadership, program development, and delivery, as well as fostering relationships with the legal community and other professional organizations.
Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' progressive leadership experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in professional membership associations. A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's or higher professional degree is an asset.
