About the Role
The Company is in search of a Deputy Executive Director to join its senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be a passionate and inspirational leader, responsible for the strategic leadership, oversight, and execution of all programs and community engagement efforts. This role involves close partnership with the Executive Director and Board to ensure that organizational priorities are effectively translated into high-impact programs and partnerships. The Deputy Executive Director will also oversee program leaders, foster cross-functional collaboration, and drive consistency and accountability to ensure a strong participant experience across all service areas.
In addition to internal responsibilities, the Deputy Executive Director will play a critical external role by strengthening relationships with community partners, representing the organization in the field, and identifying opportunities to deepen impact and expand research. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in program management, community engagement, and partnership development.
