in the Hilton Head/Bluffton area who will be reporting directly to the President & CEO of a well respected and growing community bank. You will lead to expand commercial and consumer banking relationships—spanning loans, deposits, and treasury solutions. Your role will elevate their presence in the region and reinforce their legacy of deeply personalized banking.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Cultivate comprehensive commercial banking relationships including lending, deposit products, and treasury services. Negotiate, close, and manage complex financial deals, consistently achieving revenue goals. Represent the bank across civic, business, and nonprofit organizations, reinforcing our community-first reputation. Champion a culture of excellence, teamwork, and client-centered service. EXPERIENCE NEEDED 5-8 years of preferably both commercial and consumer banking experience, with a strong track record in business development and portfolio management. Strategic thinker with poise in negotiations, closing deals, and relationship-building. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Strong connections in the Hilton Head/Bluffton area is strongly preferred but not mandatory.
