Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking a motivated, service‑oriented insurance professional who enjoys supporting others, building client relationships, and learning the commercial insurance space. This role is ideal for someone early in their commercial insurance career who takes pride in accuracy, communication, and follow‑through. The Role As an Assistant Commercial Account Manager , you’ll work closely with our Senior Commercial Service Team to support the day‑to‑day servicing of commercial insurance accounts. You’ll play a key role in ensuring policies are issued correctly, client requests are handled promptly, and coverage questions are addressed with care and professionalism. What You’ll Do Support Senior Commercial Account Managers with essential service tasks such as issuing certificates of insurance, processing policy changes, reviewing policies, and assisting with claims submissions Communicate with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide timely, accurate support Educate clients on coverage options and help explain insurance concepts in a clear, approachable way Review existing policies and identify potential gaps or opportunities for additional coverage Maintain detailed, accurate records using agency management systems, including Applied Epic Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and new insurance products Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries Assist with additional projects and responsibilities as needed to support the commercial team What You Bring 1–3 years of experience in the insurance industry Active Property & Casualty insurance license Strong customer service background with a client‑first mindset Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to analyze information and make thoughtful coverage recommendations Comfort working with computer systems and agency management software (Applied Epic experience preferred) Bilingual skills are a plus Valid driver’s license What We Offer Competitive compensation including base salary and commission Health, dental, and 401(k) benefits Training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development A supportive team environment with opportunities to grow in commercial insurance If you’re dependable, detail‑oriented, and eager to grow your career in commercial insurance while supporting a high‑performing service team, we’d love to hear from you.
