Location: Ashburn, VA
Pay Range: $98,891 - $148,392 per year
Position Summary
CPG Beyond the Cloud (CPG) is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic, revenue‑aligned marketing initiatives across our national data center services platform. This role is highly cross‑functional‑partnering with Sales, Pre‑Construction, Operations, and Executive Leadership‑to drive brand consistency, sales enablement, account‑based marketing (ABM), and GTM execution across Delivery and Services lines of business. This is a hands‑on leadership role, ideal for someone who can both set strategy and execute‑owning core marketing deliverables while helping scale a modern marketing engine for a high‑growth, private‑equity‑backed organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
GTM & Sales Enablement
Support ongoing efforts to create and maintain core sales collateral
Corporate overview deck
Business‑segment decks (Delivery, Commissioning, Controls, Low Voltage, HAC, Managed Services, etc.)
Trifold company introduction document
Partner with Sales and Strategic Account leaders to support hyperscaler and enterprise accounts (e.g., OEM‑aligned pursuits, multi‑site programs)
Support ABM initiatives for top 20‑30 strategic accounts and support inside sales team sales efforts and campaigns across both sales teams
Brand & Content Leadership
Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external materials (presentations, proposals, website, events)
Develop customer‑facing content including case studies, white papers, capability statements, thought‑leadership content tied to data center growth trends
Manage content calendar aligned to major pursuits, trade shows, and sales campaigns
Digital & Website Strategy
Support ongoing rework and optimization of CPG's external‑facing website
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies on messaging, visual identity, segment‑specific landing pages
Track engagement and effectiveness of digital assets
Program & Partner Marketing
Support OEM and partner marketing initiatives (e.g., Schneider Electric, controls partners, commissioning partners)
Assist in development of co‑branded materials, joint announcements, and event support
Coordinate marketing support for national sales meetings and annual sales kickoff
Team & Process Development
Help build scalable marketing processes, templates, and workflows
Manage external agencies, freelancers, and designers as needed
Contribute to KPI tracking related to marketing deliverables, timelines, and sales impact
Qualifications
7‑10+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in data center services, mission‑critical construction, engineering, infrastructure, or industrial services
Proven experience developing sales enablement materials used by executive‑level sellers
Strong understanding of complex, services‑based selling cycles
Exceptional written and visual communication skills
High comfort working directly with senior leadership and sales teams
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting hyperscalers, colocation providers, or OEM ecosystems
Prior experience in a private‑equity‑backed or high‑growth environment
Familiarity with ABM strategies and strategic account support
Experience managing vendors, agencies, and marketing budgets
Comfort operating in a fast‑moving, evolving organization
Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
