EmpowHERto Overview EmpowHERto is a non‑profit organization dedicated to helping 14‑21‑old womxn and girls reach their full potential through three pillars: Independence, Leadership, and Confidence. We are currently seeking an innovative and dedicated graphic designer to join our marketing team. The individual in this role will take conceptual design ideas and create visual representations of them, both digital and in print. The position involves working with a variety of products, applications, and software platforms, while collaborating with multiple teams throughout the company. Duties and Responsibilities Create compelling and elevated visualizations that accurately convey the project messaging, designing posters, logos, website graphics, and more as needed. Manage and organize design projects at a high level, collaborating with management, presenting designs to stakeholders and applicable teams. Participate in conceptual design meetings, offering insights, advising on best practices and optimizations. Requirements and Qualifications Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, etc.). Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Apps. Knowledge of Canva. Passion or interest in social impact and youth girls. Creative thinker with extensive experience using creative design platforms. Accuracy and attention to detail. Passion and ability to learn new skills, stay up‑to‑date with commercial design and graphics trends, and implement them in daily work. Reliability under pressure, disciplined time management, and organization. Strong interpersonal skills, able to work creatively with people across multiple departments.
