Overview Papa Pixels is a growing digital marketing agency based in Kansas City. We build lead generation systems for service businesses across the country. As we scale, we're hiring our first full-time team member to work directly with the founder and help run day-to-day marketing execution for our clients.

What you\'ll do You'll be trained to build and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, design ad creatives in Canva, write ad copy, and build landing pages in GoHighLevel. Over time, you'll own more of the day-to-day marketing execution for our client accounts. You'll work side by side with the founder every day and learn the business from the ground up.

Strong communication skills

Marketing coursework or internships are a plus but not required
A portfolio or examples of creative work are a plus but not required
Compensation $40,000-$50,000 starting salary based on skill set and experience. Clear performance-based raises as you take on more responsibility. Opportunity to grow into a senior role as the agency scales.
Location Kansas City metro area. In-person or hybrid preferred.
