Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Marketing Healthcare Writer to join our team. This role focuses on creating accurate, engaging, and compliant digital content for diverse promotional channels within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the marketing team and leverage AI-driven tools to streamline content development while ensuring quality and compliance. Details Title: Marketing Healthcare Writer Duration: 12 months Location: REMOTE Work Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9-5 EST, 20-40 hrs/week (depending on business needs) HM Notes: Part-time role; position will start off as 40 hours for the first month. Overall part-time position with 20 hours minimum per week; hours may fluctuate based on business needs. Team size: 8 people, Digital marketing, establish products, supporting marketing efforts for over 30 brand products Possibility of extension: Yes Remote: 100% remote; open to all time zones; must work EST hours Education/Experience: BS degree or higher accepted; 5 years or more experience will be accepted Must have: 5+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, medical writing, or related roles + AI; familiarity with medical writing, reviewing medical studies, data; pharma/biotech related experience; comfortable prompting AI tools and addressing hallucination biases; skilled in marketing copy writing at scale using AI Nice to Have skills: Familiarity with AI tools and content generation platforms (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT, Claude, Poe). Marketing copy writer and medical writer background is a plus Key Responsibilities Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and refine digital copy for websites, email campaigns, social media, and other promotional channels Adapt content from existing commercial and medical assets, ensuring clarity and alignment with brand messaging Familiarity with MLR (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) compliance and review process Utilize large language models (LLMs) to generate initial drafts and enhance efficiency in content creation Review and fine-tune AI-generated content to correct inaccuracies, improve tone, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards Verify references and source materials to maintain accuracy, credibility, and adherence to healthcare regulations Stay informed on industry trends, compliance requirements, and emerging AI technologies to optimize content strategies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field 5+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, medical writing, or related roles Strong understanding of healthcare terminology, compliance standards, and promotional guidelines Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail and accuracy Familiarity with AI tools and content generation platforms is a plus Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Experience with digital marketing strategies and SEO best practices Knowledge of FDA, EMA, or other regulatory guidelines for healthcare communications Proficiency in content management systems and marketing automation tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
