Responsibilities Answer phones and greet clients upon arrival. Consistently follow up with prospects. Assist with marketing ideas and initiatives. Keep CRM updated with prospect/client interactions. Track weekly and monthly progress, including number of calls made, appointments set, and appointments kept with Chief Advisor. Work both independently and proactively to meet your business goals. Assist the team with various administrative tasks as needed. Perform other duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of experience in an office role. Exceptional time management skills. Proven ability to engage prospects and clients over the phone. Customer service oriented and team player. Comfortable taking direction. Strong technology skills. Bonus Points Experience in a financial services or advisory environment. Prior experience with CRM systems. Proactive approach to new marketing ideas. Compensation and Benefits $50,000 - $55,000 annual salary, based on experience. Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance (eligible after 90 days). 401(k) match. Unlimited PTO. Positive, growth-oriented company culture. Schedule Full‑time, in‑office. Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
