Digital Marketing Specialist
OURCU is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who is equal parts data-driven strategist and collaborative teammate. This role is ideal for someone excited to build and optimize HubSpot from the ground up, create meaningful campaigns, and clearly demonstrate the why behind marketing performance.

What You'll Do
This isn't your average plug-and-play marketing role. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping how OURCU connects with our members across digital channels. You'll help build the foundation of our marketing automation ecosystem and directly influence how we grow.
In this role, you will:
Build & Optimize HubSpot
Help establish and scale HubSpot Marketing Hub as OURCU’s central marketing platform
Create and manage email campaigns, workflows, lists, and segmentation strategies
Support development of automated member journeys
Maintain clean, organized data for accurate targeting and reporting
Execute Integrated Campaigns
Plan and launch multi-channel campaigns across email, web, social, and paid media
Coordinate timelines, assets, and execution across teams
Ensure campaigns are aligned, consistent, and optimized across platforms
Analyze, Report & Prove Impact
Track performance using dashboards and analytics tools
Translate campaign results into clear, meaningful insights
Continuously test, learn, and optimize
Support Web, SEO & Content
Update website content and campaign pages using CMS tools
Apply SEO best practices to improve visibility and engagement
Partner with internal teams on blogs, landing pages, and digital content

Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field OR 1–2 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience
Proven experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce (HubSpot strongly preferred)
Familiarity with email marketing, segmentation, and campaign execution
Strong communication and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Preferred
Experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, or analytics tools
Experience in a credit union, financial institution, or regulated industry
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g. Squarespace)
Exposure to tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite

Compensation & Growth
Target starting wage $28.54-$34.00/hour (depending on experience and qualifications)

100% Onsite position in Shelton, WA
Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
